TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABM’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ABM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to confer any rights or remedies on any person or entity other than you and BioBalance.

13.6 Force Majeure. BioBalance shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, government action, or internet or telecommunications failures.
